Does Parlix work offline?

Yes. Parlix can translate on device when the offline translation model is installed. If no offline model is installed or you choose Online Mode, Parlix uses online translation.

Does Parlix store my translation data or track me?

Parlix does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. Offline translation content stays on your device. Online translation text is processed only to return the translation, and we do not store translations on our servers.

Can Parlix make mistakes?

Yes. AI translation can be wrong or incomplete. Review important results carefully.

What happens if I buy a non-renewing Pro option while I already have a subscription?

A non-renewing purchase does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your Apple account settings if you do not want it to renew.

What does Pro include?

Pro unlocks the paid features shown in the app and on the purchase screen. Available features may change over time as Parlix evolves.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can review, change, or cancel them in your Apple account settings.

Do voice input and playback support every language?

Text and camera translation support more languages than voice input. Voice playback availability can also vary by language and device.
